Personal Assistant (On-Site)

 The client is looking for a dedicated and clever problem solver for the role of Private Personal Assistant to support the personal life and basic day to day operations of the home of a Shareholder. This person will provide high-level support by delivering personal administration. This position ensures home and lifestyle operations run smoothly in addition to a variety of tasks that differentiate daily. This position is an on-site position located in the office but will be required to attend the Shareholder’s home as needed.



  • Home office management
  • File and organize home office
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, transportation and accommodation
  • Correspondence including email and telephone calls
  • Manage Shareholder and family calendar
  • Bookkeeping
  • Paperwork/Filing


  • Run personal errands such as dry-cleaning, car fuel and maintenance, post office runs
  • Shop for clothes, gifts, supplies and additional requested items
  • Manage household personnel i.e., nannies, private chefs, maintenance, including scheduling, time sheets, etc. and delegate work in the Shareholder’s absence
  • Schedule home maintenance and repair work
  • Household and organizational projects
  • Restaurant and event reservations
  • Event Planning including organization and coordination for birthdays, holidays, festivities and celebrations
  • Various other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • University degree or diploma would be an asset
  • 3-5 years of personal assistant experience
  • Must have a valid BC driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
